Good Afternoon,
Just a short message of "praise" from me. We have had an electrician in the block today named Graham from M-Fire. He has completely replaced all the safety bullk head lights with new LED ones. All are working brightly in the complex. Apparently the fault lay within faulty fitting hence half of them were just off!! Permanently.
Please pass on my personal thanks for getting to grips with the issue and showing dogged determination to get the job done correctly. Graham was really pleasant and hoovered up after his work.I think it's most important to say thanks to a job well done
Perhaps you can pass this on to those in a position to congratulate good work. 1 down 1 to go,,, the new door lock!

M-Fire Ltd have been our preferred approved contractor for a number of years and manage all the fire safety on our 102 properties across five sites.
Comments:
We are very happy with the service provided by m-fire Ltd. They are friendly, reliable, dependable and extremely helpful; often going above and beyond and always providing great advice and guidance.
In terms of punctuality and customer service, I had a problem with one of the fire alarms on New Years Eve and when I called, I half-expected an answer machine but instead my call was answered and they were there within the hour to sort the problem out.
Very customer focused and they always do what they say they will. Highly recommendable.

Installed all the fire alarms in the warehouse and office building and linked them together. m-fire also:-
Installed security lights
Installed CCTV
Carried out electrical testing

m-fire look after all our fire safety. They are extremely reliable, very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable.
There are three from the team that come to our premises regularly and they all know exactly what they are doing. They keep us fully updated of any new regulartions and health and safety issues and the service they provide is excellent. We also use them for annual refresher fire marshal training for our team of eight.
We get excellent customer service from m-fire Ltd and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone
