Trade Call Out Response

M-Fire can offer a 24 hour 365 day, urgent call out response service to it's trade customers and associates to take the pressure away from smaller fire fire protection companies and electricians that maintain fire systems. This service can increase your company profile and keep your clients happy in the knowledge that they will receive a first class service out of hours 365 days a year. 

We use a port forwarding system for our trade clients and associates so when your customer calls your number out of hours they will be connected to our out of hours control room where they will be greeted by our controller answering the phone as your company name. The controller will assess the call and call out an Engineer if necessary. You will also receive an email notification telling you that one of your customers has called in and what the outcome is. 

We can respond to any of the following:

• Fire alarm faults 
• Fire alarm activations that require Engineer reset 
• Urgent repairs to fire alarms following fire, flood or other damage to the system
• Power cuts where the standby time of the fire alarm batteries as expired
• Fire extinguisher recharging or replacement at high risk premises (petrol stations, power stations)
• Urgent repairs to fire hose reels, dry risers and sprinkler systems

We will aim to provide free advice over the phone where we can as the majority fault calls we receive for fire alarms can be resolved without the need for an Engineer to attend, saving you money. Not many companies do that, they'd rather send an engineer and charge you the earth. 

The requirement for fire alarm companies to attend to urgent faults according to BS5839 is 8 hours. We can do better than that as we will aim to be with you within 3 hours of a call coming in. 

We aim to repair the fault at the time of the call out, if we can't or if we need to order parts then we will return during normal working hours to complete the repair and you will not be charged a second call out fee.
